Tickets

Number of guests per graduate: The number of guest tickets will be determined closer to the date.

You do not need a ticket for yourself, and children who need a seat will also need a ticket. 

You will have two options to receive your tickets once they become available closer to the date: 1) you can pick up the tickets from the library on campus or 2) you can request to have all of your tickets mailed to one designated address. 

Regalia

A few things to note:

  • Please make sure you are cleared by your Student Advisor before you purchase your regalia.
  • The deadline to purchase your regalia is April 12th. This allows Oak Hall enough time to process and ship your order before your ceremony date. Please be mindful that Oak Hall processes hundreds of orders and delays may occur.
  • For those defending their dissertation close to the graduation date, please know that you can still order your regalia and return, if needed. (regalia must be unopened in order to return)
  • OUR ADVICE – When in doubt, purchase the regalia anyway. You can always use it next year and/or for photos, etc.

Return Policy:

1) Regalia is to be shipped back to Oak Hall within 60 days of receiving their order. (include the packing slip)

2) Inside packaging cannot be opened. (Return Sealed As Received) You cannot open & use for photos.

3) You will be responsible for return shipping costs (via: USPS/UPS/FED EX)

Diploma Frames

Photography

Grad Images will be taking photos of all graduates as they walk across the stage. You will be able to purchase your photos directly through them. More information will be provided closer to the date. 

Graduates

All degree requirements must be met by Friday, April 24, 2026  in order to participate in commencement. (With the exception of Internship Hours & Current Semester/Term course work)

Doctoral Students

Doctoral students check with your Student Advisor to assure your dissertation paperwork is complete and to schedule your Final Oral Defense no later than April 24th.
