  • Tickets will be available for pick up starting April 18th at the Fresno campus.
  • Pick up days and times are as follows: Mon – Thurs from 9am – 4pm

 COVID-19 Safety Information

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SAROYAN THEATRE

  • Proof of Full Vaccination (no booster is required) OR proof of a Negative COVID-19 (Children 2yrs and Under are EXEMPT from a testing).
  • Self-Test (home self/rapid test will be accepted)
    • (Must present actual result to enter).

The Health, Safety & Security of all our Guests remains our highest priority. 

For Indoor Events of 1,000 or more, requirements to enter are as follows:

• If providing a negative test result, it Must be either:

  • PCR test taken within 2 days of May 22nd; or
  • Antigen Test, either from a Laboratory; or
  • Home Self-Rapid Test will be accepted-Must present actual test.

***Children 5 years of age and younger are not required to show proof of a negative test.

Examples of acceptable are as follows:

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the CDC or WHO)
  • Photo of your vaccination card stored on a phone/electronic device
  • Printed document from the test provider or laboratory
  • Electronic test result displayed on a phone from the test provider/Lab
  • California mandate recommends ALL Guests in the venue wear a suitable face covering consistent with CDC guidance
  • (mask exemptions are outlined below).
  • All venue operators must check the I.D. of all attendees age 18 and over to validate their vaccination record or proof of negative test.
  • Acceptable I.D. is any document with name of the person and photo.

Exemptions to mask requirements

The following individuals are exempt from wearing masks at all times:

  • Children 2 yrs. and younger due to the risk of suffocation.
  • Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a mask. This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a mask could obstruct breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove a mask without assistance.
  • Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential.
  • Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to the person related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines.

Patrons are also encouraged to utilize the hand sanitizer stations positioned throughout our venue(s) for an added layer of protection.

Regalia

You can still purchase regalia by ordering directly from Oak Hall (cap & gown).  The regalia will be shipped directly to students. The last day to place your order to guarantee delivery before graduation is Friday, May 1st.

Photography

Grad Images will be taking photos of all graduates as they walk across the stage. You will be able to purchase your photos directly through them. More information will be provided closer to the date. 

Graduates

All degree requirements must be met by Friday, May 1, 2022  in order to participate in commencement. (With the exception of Internship Hours & Current Semester/Term course work)

Doctoral Students

Doctoral students check with your Student Advisor to assure your dissertation paperwork is complete and to schedule your Final Oral Defense no later than TBD.
